Our house, located on one decare of land, has a living area of ​​350 m2. Our house, which has an unforgettable sea view and sunset, has a triplex architecture.

There is a dining table and seating group in the pool section of our house, which has a large garden in two parts. From here you can go to the large garden via stairs.

At the entrance of our villa; It consists of a kitchen equipped with the equipment you may need during your holiday, a spacious living room, and from here you can access the pool area.

On the second floor; There are 3 bedrooms (one of which is ensuite).

On the bottom floor; There is also an open kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and dressing room - the other with 2 single beds).

The private pool of our villa measures 10mx5m and has a central cooling system, internet and parking space for 2 cars.
