Located in Bodrum Yalikavak and having a magnificent sea view, the summer house has a triplex architecture and is in a complex with a shared pool. Our house, which consists of 4 bedrooms with a view, 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are ensuite, a magnificent sea view living room and a kitchen with a sea view, can accommodate a total of 8 people.

While its renewed modern concept makes you feel like you are at home, it will provide you, your family and friends with an unforgettable and comfortable holiday experience with its unforgettable sparkling sea view.

At the entrance of our villa, there is a fully equipped open kitchen with a view, a modern concept living room and a large balcony with a magnificent sea view.

On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and double beds with fascinating sea views.

On the lowest floor of the villa, there is a room with en-suite bathrooms and a bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms on this floor have exits to the garden terrace with sea views and separate seating areas.

Due to its location, the summer house is approximately 5 minutes drive from Palmarina and Yalıkavak center, and you can reach other famous towns such as Bitez and Ortakent in approximately 15 minutes by car.

You can have your drinks and meals in your villa with a sea view, and enjoy the sun in the shared pool of the site. In the evenings, you can experience different tastes in luxury restaurants in the world-famous Palmarina located nearby or shop from famous brands.
