Our summer villa is located in Bodrum Yalıkavak region, in a 1000 m2 garden with a grass landscape, surrounded by nature. Our villa, which consists of 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 3 bathroomsmand it can accommodate 8 people.

Our villa,

- On the ground floor; There is a living room that offers you the comfort of your home, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the other with 1 double bed), a shared bathroom, a private pool and a garden.

- On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

- The 4th room of our rental summer villa is located in the garden independent as a guest house. The room has air conditioning, a bathroom and a small kitchen.

All rooms of our villa are air-conditioned and its private pool is 65 m2 in size.
There is a parking lot for 2 cars and a generator behind our villa with private pool.

In addition, our summer villa is approximately 5 km from Yalıkavak center and 20 km from Bodrum centre.

Note: 300 KW electricity per week is included in the price. Usage exceeding this will be charged as extra from the rates of electric company prices.
