Our site, consisting of a total of 12 detached summer duplex houses available only for family rentals, is located in Yalıkavak, one of the most popular and famous towns of Bodrum. All of our duplex summer houses within the site with a shared pool have a grass area, the size of which varies depending on the location of the house.

In our elite and boutique site that attaches importance to your security, there are fire extinguishers and smoke detectors in all houses, and our site is monitored 24 hours a day with security cameras and the site is entered with a password at the main entrance door. You will be given your password to log in to the site during your stay.

In our houses, the bedrooms are on the upper floor, and downstairs there is a living room and an equipped kitchen where you can feel at home. One free interim cleaning is provided for your weekly rentals.

There is a snack bar by the pool on the site where our houses are located. Located approximately 5 minutes by car from Yalıkavak center and Palmarina, our duplex summer houses are for 6 people in total and consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen.

In our homes;

There is an open kitchen and living room on the ground floor, and you can go out to your own grass area with the door opening from the kitchen.

The upper floor has bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds) and bathrooms.

Our houses have the same standards and are furnished with furniture in different colors.

Electricity and water will be charged extra.
